CARF Accreditation Letter

Wellspring is very proud to have successfully completed the CARF International accreditation process in the Fall of 2015 followed by recertifications in 2018 and 2021. Our accreditation stands as testament to our adherence to the very highest standards of our industry, and we routinely undergo compliance verification with the granting authority in order to maintain that status.

“… to promote the quality, value, and optimal outcomes of services through a consultative accreditation process… that centre[s] on enhancing the lives of persons served.”

If you know Wellspring Support, then you will understand why a person could be forgiven for mistaking this quote for a statement attributed to our team. This is – in fact – a quote from CARF International’s Mission Statement. We could not be more thrilled to be accredited by an organization whose values so closely mirror our own.

Strategic Plan 2023 – 2026

We are pleased to present our Strategic Plan for the years 2023 through 2026. The Strategic Plan is a blueprint for continuous review and service improvement. We have created ambitious goals as an organization and we work daily to achieve our organizational targets. Our Strategic Plan touches all aspects of our organizational development while putting the needs of our participants and their supports systems first.

Annual Reports

Annual Reporting is much more than simply summing up what was and was not accomplished in any given year. We are constantly moving, growing, learning, and improving. Our Annual Report is an opportunity for us to take the time to celebrate what we executed well, evaluate what we need to take lessons from, and determine how to use those experiences to help adjust our sails to meet our new goals.

We invite you to review our past years alongside us, and if you or a loved one are (or are planning to be) supported by the team at Wellspring then we look forward to creating the memories and successes that will make up next year’s annual report with you!
